Where the heck have I been?

Well it's somewhere between 5 and 6 months since I stopped smoking and I'd almost forgotten (not really) that I ever smoked, when suddenly a sign appeared............... (not really again) it was an email from this forum which basically said "where the *can't swear* are ya?"
Well........ I'm still here and still not smoking, sometimes I could still kill for one very briefly and then I forget, dunno whether that's down to willpower or some form of dementia, either way it works for me. Great to see that so many people are still using this site it was a godsend to me and I noticed that some of the others have been around in dribs and drabs... Tiger, JoC, Winner and Firegod to name a few, great to see that they're nall still going strong.
For anyone who's new here, my advice would be to pay heed to every single thing you read here (except the negative stuff where possible) you can and will do it if that's what you want to do, the only barrier to you stopping is yourself and you won't suffer any pain or die of withdrawals, it's a psychological journey and that's why sharing your delirium here is the best therapy.
Great to be back even if it is only briefly, if there are any of my old quitter mates out there still peeking in from time to time......... well hellooooooo.
Seeya all and good luck you can all do it, trust me........... and I still have all my fingers...... jury is still out on whether I have all my faculties though.
