Well It is now over one month since i QUIT indulging in what can only be described as a complete waste of money and lack of respect for my health. I am feeling great, iI have more money in my pocket, I have more air in my lungs, I am not coughing like I used to and I do not stink like a dirty ash tray. Long live a smoke free life, for me and others around me. If it is to be it is up to me.

schedule 5 Mar 2012

Well Done Gary. It has been 2 days for me this time around after i gave them away for 3 years and then took it up again for the last 10months after a rough time in my life hanging around the wrong people and it just gets you back into that routine. Im only 35 and im real chesty and have trouble breathing and always coughing and thats the reason to give it up. luv Reddog 77 and all the best
