Day 13 and so I have rewarded myself, sort of. I was putting on weight before I started this journey and my clothes were really tight, so today I bought a pair of Jeans and 3/4 jeans. A size bigger and room to move and grow, but who cares....I'm a non smoker!!! yeahhhh!! Feeling good!

well done Gayld, day 13 wahoooo,, the time is flying for you now. Honestly just keep strong and do not give in and you'll be right.. well done, hope your proud of yourself, you should be..I am xoxoxoxox

Excellent!! You're doing well Gayld. I also need to buy new clothes due to weight going on. But I don't know where I'm going to level off at. A gym membership for me might be necessary first :-)

Thank you so much Gayld for your post. This is a subject that I am concerned about. I'm very new here and don't have the right to comment really,so please excuse my ignorance, but I know me! and I know I will explode in weight when the quit day begins. The idea of joining a gym never entered my mind but now you have me thinking, good stuff I think.Thank you.

No worries Pauly. I don't and can't do the stuff they do on Biggest Loser so I'm looking for something that does gentle exercises. I suffer from Fibromyalgia which is chronic, constant pain in the muscles of certain areas of the body. If I do too much in a day of anything, such as gardening or even housework, I have a flare up and suffer for days/weeks. I'm also on some pretty heavy meds too!

I was thinking more about Curves, Yoga or Pilates
