I have just downloaded a app for an iphone. It is Allen Carr and help for quitting smoking. I haven't tried it out as yet; I will let you know how it goes. The app was $2.99!

So far today at 5.26pm I have had 7 smokes....I'm so proud of myself!!

Don't waste your money on this as it doesn't give you the full app!!!

I read his book. It's awesome. I'm now day 67 smoke free.
