well so far so good 30 a day to 3 in 4 days just a little bit proud of myself atm and my house n yard has never looked so good

Good on you Chris! It's amazing what good use the time you used to spend puffing away can be put towards. The side benefit of having to keep yourself otherwise occupied.How are them patches stickin?

Well done Chris,

You should be alot proud of yourself not just a little!

It's not an easy road this one,but honestly stay focused and stay strong and you'll stay a non smoker.

The cravings come and thankfully they go, just sit tight and ride them out and No matter what-just don't smoke.
