On Saturday night I was induldging in too many drinks and could not resist the temptation and I brought a packet of smokes and smoked at least 5, when I woke up in the morning I cheered as I remembered I had smokes and headed straight out to the veranda of the cabin we were staying in and lit up. YUK, it tasted gross and as I heaved I threw the smoke away after only one drag. I then put a patch on and gave the packet away. This is a bit of a setback after doing so well for the past couple of weeks but I will keep on keeping on.

Well I was obviously feeling very confident on the 5th and very proud of myself, and I did have a patch on, I just couldn't seem to ignore the cravings.

I am 6 weeks into not smoking and still crave them heaps.. I believe if I went out and had a few drinks I probably might have a smoke so no going out for me for the moment..

get the iPhone hypnosis quit smoke recording and listen to it , it will help equip u unconsciously for drinks without cigis

Thanks everyone, I will definitely keep going, it's just that one minute it seems to be all smooth sailing and then it's straight back into the rough sea's. My phone is so ancient I can not download anything onto it. Thanks again.
