Day 24 and feel great. I am addicted to chewing gum. Eating heaps. I even went and had a game of tennis with the family today and i felt great. I need to burn off them pizza nights anyway. I can actually do physical activities and not be dizzy and puffed out. what a difference i am feeling.

Wow Deb, that's great! So good to hear someone feeling the benefits. I've not been well ever since quit day but I'll get there too. You've given me something to look forward to.

It's so good to actually be able to breathe when your doing some-thing, It's just the greatest feeling, Its such a reward to not huff and puff each time you do something.
