It is day 23 and getting cleaner all the time ....Very happy cause my partner has also quite and he is day 3, AWESOME !!, it is so much easier now that he too is free....we attended his daughters 21st on the weekend ...this was our first social outing cigarette free, due to alcohol consumption I almost cracked but my partner pulled me up and back to the reality of the days I have been clean so far and this helped me to resist the alcohol induced temptation......so happy he was there !!

Well done wen, day 23 yipeee!!
Yeap it's so much easier if your partner isn't smoking. Hopefully this is what you both need to make this journey a little easier.
