Yeah, day 15 and now I am getting into doing my pilates, yoga, walking and swimming again.. awesome, some how or other smoking cigarettes took away my time and motivation for exercise...see how silly it is to smoke !! keep positive everyone cause being free is so good :) ... yes it maybe tough at times but it is only momentry !!

Way to go Wen! Day 15. Congrats :) You seem to be in the right frame of mind. It's amazing how much time we wasted being smokers! Good luck in your journey.
