well its been 16 hrs since my last smoke. Im going bonkas. my teeth are chattering head is aching and hot flushes... hate this feeling....

Be Strong! no matter what DO NOT have a FAG, this time tomorrow you'll thank yourself.. Keep busy....

Stay positive.....all this will pass and you will become cleaner and clearer, everyday your body will be healing....drink plenty of water and remember all cravings will pass...I am day 23 today....and just keep moving forward, each day I get stronger, cleaner and happier.. you can too !!

nearly through day 1 marsha! water water water..I was drinking water every time I felt like a smoke, so was drinking 3 or more litres a day at the start..helps flush out all the crap! Carrot sticks or chewing gum for the jaw, deep breaths, go for a walk, do a google search for Alan Carr's Easyway to quit and read that, go back through old posts on here..ANYTHING but smoke. Lots of strong, clean, non smoking thoughts and hugs coming your way!!

stay strong, i was where you are a few days ago. im now 4 days smoke free and its the best thing i have ever done.. i just stopped having the side affects you are having. i got through it by chewing gum all the time and drinking water.. the symptoms you are going through slowly fade, every morning you wake up and take that first big breath or air you realise how good you feel.. stay strong its worth it :)

if i can do it you can too its been 111 days for me , the first 3 weeks is the hardest good luck.

Keep going Marsha, you can do it. Im nine day in and I keep going. Im drinking green tea, it a good flush out and is good for the body. Stay strong one day at time. We can all do this. We CAN XOXOXOX
