the 21mg patches are my new best friend
i have fianlly gone on to the 21mg patches and they are my new best friend i have no cravings what so ever and im so happy with myself because i have given up the bad habit that made me vomit every time i had a smoke and it made my fingers and cloths smell bad i would like to say congrats to every one that is trying there best to give up smoking because i no its not an easy thing to give up this is my 3 time to give up for good
Patches didn't agree with me but champix tablets seem to be helping, still have to stay strong, sometimes the urge is so strong I feel like running down the street screaming!!!....lol....How many days u up to Sarah?
its been 3 days so far and i feel good about it but my patch keeps coming of and i had a smoke today i feel so disapointed in my self but i have the patch on now and i feel better about it now i was on champix once before but they mad me feel really sick this is like the 3 time i have quit and i hope this will be the last time i will ever quit because i dont wont to ever go back to the i bad habit i started smoking when i was nine and im now 22 years old there is no going back to smoking for me now i would like to say congrats and hope every thing gose well for you and keep up the good work
