Much easier with than without the champix, I tried cold turkey last year and was a mess but have stayed in control with champix, this is my second day completly smoke free and will start the higher dose of champix tomorrow so i'm hoping that will be even easier...

Hi Celco,
I had used champix and quit for 3 months but took up the smokes again, but champix did help me the first time. For me it made the ciggie taste horrid so was easy to stop.
Trick is not to 'just have one' after you quit..
