No will power required

I read "Allen Carr's Easyway To Stop Smoking". It uses clever imagery and dispels any myth of a benefit to smoking. After reading this book I have never smoked again and was free of the desire to smoke.
I have bought a number of copies for friends and it has helped all of those who really wanted to quit - which if you are reading this is true. Unlike most methods, this method does not use will power, it changes the way you think about smoking. The health benefits were immediate; no coughing, easier to breather, better skin, taste and not smelling of smoke! I can't believe I was ever a smoker. Don't waste any more time!

I bought the book from Amazon but I'm sure you can get it from the website. The book says you can smoke while you read the book and completely disagrees with nicotine replacement therapy or trying to cut down. You just make a decision to quit. I was surprised that it worked but it did.
What have you got to loose? At the time that I read the book they were offering refunds if you found it not to be effective.
