australia day smoke and alcohol free :/

well yesterday was my first australia day smoke and grog free for over30 years!! but i did it .. ok so i stayed home and didnt join in the usual march in main street and free beer and bbq at the pub. i knew if i went i would feel like crap i am not ready for alcohol or beer gardens full of smokers yet but i am so proud of myself for  getting through day 5 without breaking yayyyyyy already 120.00 dollars saved :)
