falling off the wagon!!

Gee, I'm glad I found this site, although I gave up 21 months ago it is still inspirational to hear and see from you guys having a genuine go at it. I only hope my input can be of some benefit. During my giving up stage I did use Champix although my Doctor warned me the success rate is only about 20% the only thing left, as some said is determination and willpower. I did learn that continued smoking would be detrimental to my health eventually, on the other hand I don't believe I've heard of anyone dying from giving up. My Virtual Coach during the Champix days was of course a computer generated person, on the same hand, very helpful. He told me, about 6 weeks into the program that he had once fell off the wagon. I remember vividly he said "It wasn't far down, but, boy oh boy, it was a long way back up" All I responded with was "Well, silly you, now start again" Remain positive.
