Ok, so day 2 of no smoking! The fear (sounds ridiculous doesn't it) of not smoking again has gone away & day 1 wasn't as bad as i thought it would be. I know i have a long way to go but reading & chewing sugar free gum seem to be helping a lot with the cravings.
