I used to have 2 quick smokes between classes (I was ay Uni). I knew this was going to be a problem - that was social time during class. I never had a tea or coffee at break but I noticed that my lecturers did so I became the canteen runner. It was alll about looking at when I was smoking deliberately (rathern than absent mindedly) and finding a strategy for the deliberate moments. Helped break one of my favourite smoke times. Hope this helps someone.
