ok so 5 days smoke free but yesterday at work it was very stressful and alll i wanted to do was go out and have a smoke but i didn't i had my lozengers in my pocket  and i took one instead sat down for 5 minutes and the craving passed.

Then last night i had a few drinks which probably wasn't the best idea  but all i wanted was a smoke again so i only had 2 drinks then went to bed earylish.

and again today i had the day off and on my own with my kids, i mean the kids were well behaved it's just i was a little bored so i tried to keep busy and when i did get a craving i just took the lozengers and they help.

So with alll these little things that have gone on in the past couple of days i'm happy to say i'm still smoke free and proud of it and i always try to come onto this website for some extra support and i must say it definetly does help.

hi ki

your going well dont give up even when it gets tough it will pass i am 39 days smoke free the hardest part was the first 2 to 3 weeks but now it doesnt bother me much at all. Also i found that things that you did while you were having a smoke are not so enjoyable because you think of having a ciggy straight away but its important that you put yourself in these situations in order to get pass those damn cravings and after a while you will and life will be much easier. Just watch out for your weight at the same time , good luck ki. regards mark.
