44 Day's
My update is 44 day's and still going. I have surprised myself . I thought i would find an excuse to smoke again like how stressed i am. Unfortunatly there would never be a good time in my life to quit.
I was called to my son's school today to pick him up as he was out of control. This was after just going back from suspension. The worst part is he is 10 and in a behavoural class at a local school 4 day's a week. If they can't manage him how do they think i can keep doing it with no support and now no bloody smokes. But i have survived.
The negative side of this is i no longer smoke but i feel like the side of a house.I don't have the energy or motivation to make a start ,just enough energy to moan about it lol.
Where oh where is my willpower i found to become a non smoker.I think it was all used up and i have to wait till the tank re fills,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, Love to everyone here xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
School hols in 2 weeks darl then that stress is gone and make the decision that An hour a day is yours and make your son walk with you that way you can both talk and burn energy! You are doing an amazing job just keep it up!!!!
Well done Kathyrose 44 days is awesome, and you know what the stress would still be there and you would have still been called by the school had you been smoking. Well done and keep going!
Winner Walker i can tell you have kids. yes i would have been called to the school anyway. Nothing would change. It's how i handle things that have or need to change. I love and cherish everyone's support on here.
