Wait Out the Craving

I'll remind myself that when I get a craving they only last for 10 minutes and so it's going to pass.  In the meantime I'll try to distract myself by going for a walk or drinking some water.

When I'm with other people in situations where I feel like having a smoke - like at a family gatherine where other people are drinking and smoking, I'll go inside.
