JoC 10 weeks you go! That must be 10 weeks for Tiger as well. 9 weeks this Friday coming for me. :) 4 Days with no patches go you! I am not sure how long it takes to get out of your system when stopping the patches, but I do know you have gone 10 weeks without a cigarette. We are awesome!!
Bloody hell!!!!!!!!!!!!! that's got to be the most traumatic part of this journey so far, man I missed this forum. I'm sooo pleased it's back, I've hammered them with emails.
