my quit day is thisn coming monday, any tips on howto prepair myself?

hi, i am about to start a new life for myself by quitting this dirty habbit that i enjoy so much but due to health reasons& money i am getting rid of it, this will be my 8th attempt & this time it will be my last!! i am determined to get rid of this habbit for good! just wondaring if there are any tips that could prepaire me for my big day??

Muriel83s welcome and well done for making the decision to make this your last time! Make sure you have something healthy to munch on like grapes and a chilled bottle of water, Make time to blow of steam and remeber it is hard and every minute you dont have one is an acheivement!!!

I have only just joined up this evening as my access to mytimetoquit.com.au is somewhat restricted since I have completed the course.

My only comment is be committed. Unless you believe it won't happen.

You might slip up once or twice, but that doesn't mean you have failed. You have only failed once you decide it is all too hard and give up trying.
