I can't believe it's been 4 wks.  I have never in my adult life been without a smoke this long, and it feels amazing. I now know how all my non-smoking friends live & it feels so clean & healthy & fun & ......    I'm having a few problems still though.  I thought I'd be sleeping better by now but still wake up feeling tired. The cravings come and go.  I've started drinking Lemon & Ginger tea after dinner which seems to help a lot.  I woke up this morning thinking I had started smoking again and felt quite down.  Then realised I must have dreamt it. It felt so real.  I wont go back to it.  It just drives me crazy sometimes and I feel impatient & just want all this crap out of my body and head once and for all.

Hang in there girl, it's an individual journey for us all, we can't expect to undo overnight what we have spent so long doing in the first place!

You are definitely winning and remember this we need the bad days in order to more appreciate the good days xx

Thanks Eric & Rocky-rush. Am feeling more patient today. I've been keeping busy today learning some dance moves. It's hilarious & so much fun. I have a daughter in Yr 6. All the Yr 6 parents are going to do a Flashmob at the end year assembly. We'll all need chiropractors by the end of it! Google 'Scottish highschool flashmob'. It's hilarious.
