People Smoking in Public, Around Campus

The smell of smokes drives me crazy. It makes me so tempted, and you suddendly relised people are smoking all around you. Out the front of the shops, At TAFE. Then it hits you, you were one of those people that use to smoke their, you were the one tempting others that were trying to quit. You had no idea you were doing it, but just smoking it public makes it hard for a person quitting to remain smoke free. There two methods i use Theres not great but they work for me and their based on common sense: 1. AVOID, just keep clear of those areas if you see a smoker walk the longer way around, the exercise will prob do some good for stress and fitness anyways. or 2. Hold you breath. People smoke in the entrance ways of TAFE and you cant get away. This is how ive dealt with it so far, I had my last smoke 2 days ago and am learning things like this
