I try to start out as a Non-Smoker, so it is known that I do not smoke.  Early days yet, but it is okay and getting better.  Try and use my breath to help myself relax begin by listening to it on the In-breath and comparing it to the Out-breath.  It helps me stay focused and centered on my Quit attempt.  Life is getting better as of now.  :-)
