Preparing to stop!

I dont know if this would work for everyone, but before I quit I made sure the house and my surroundings were in order.  I done all the washing, hoovered, dusted, declutered the place. Then on the day I stopped it really helped me being in an more orderly home.  where I didnt feel stressed just lookin around me but the opposite. I felt better at how organised it was and this helped me to stay calm.  Just an idea other people may like to try. And of course once I quit I kept the house like this. Which keeps me busy and my mind of the cigs an keeps the house clean  and tidy aswell!
