7 Year Update

Posted in Getting started
schedule 1 Oct 2025

Last post I reported 1652 Days (4 and a half years) smoke free. That was Apr 2023, it took me almost 50 years to realise I should quit. It was not easy at the start and had to restart a number of times. Don't give up, you can do it and when you finally succeed you will never look back. My only regret is that I didn't quit earlier but now don't even thing about smoking, thats why I havn't posted anything for so long, I just don't think about smoking anymore. Best of luck to all those just beginning their quit journey.

Hello my friend John100!  So nice to see you still doing well, and I like you also have no cravings or regrets about quitting smoking.  How ever we chose to do it, we can be winners!

Life is good and while I don't think about smoking at all, I still like to lend my support to the newcomers and congratulate those who have already succeeded.

It is so nice to see you and others extending support and positive thinking!

Take care and perhaps we will get an update on your 10th year milestone!
