Hi Charmaine.

You have come to a great community to help you find your reasons and motivation to finally quit.

Realizing that we are addicts can be a jolt and eye opener to some. I didn't want to be a hypocrite and judge someone close with an illegal drug addiction, so I quit mine.....smoking.

Seeing others achieve their freedom and gaining your confidence to give it your all can make the difference. We are not just saying, but meaning it. Not because we have to , but because we WANT to. Find your want, find your desire ......and

Find Your FREEDOM.

We did it......and so can you.

It's okay to be at the start of your journey—everyone begins somewhere! Quitting can feel overwhelming, but taking the first step is already a big win. It’s not just about willpower; the right tools and support make a huge difference.
