I have had a couple of hiccups

Ive been a smoker for 49 years i started to be a non smoker boxing day it was my give up date. New years eve i had an upsetting day with my family and had 4 smokes but the next day i continued on not smoking. Was going good stay off the smokes then my dog of 14 years died unexpectedly on the 10th of January and i had 6 smokes but the next day i didn't smoke. Im trying very hard not to be a smoker even though i slipped up.

Just want to let you know that you are not alone. Quitting smoking is one of the hardest things I had tried before, but always fell through. This time, what really helped me was tracking my patterns and deciding to stay committed no matter what life threw my way. I suggest that you try the Puffless app. It’s specifically designed to help people quit smoking by guiding you through the process step by step. Puffless tracks your cravings, celebrates your smoke-free milestones, and even shows how much money you’re saving by quitting. Seeing those small wins every day kept me motivated to keep goin

You’re doing a great job so far, learning from your experiences and getting back on track with your commitment to quitting for good. Don’t beat yourself up or see yourself as weak. See each lapse as a learning curve and start developing the mindset you need to finally succeed. Well Done and keep going You can do it
