I've been a smoker for 28 years,not just cigarettes,I also smoke pot,and it's becoming a problem,coughing up all sorts of rubbish,I haven't had a cigarette in a week now,im still smoking pot which has kind of helped a little bit with the anger and anxiety,sweating at night is bad,I wake up all drenched for the first few days,that's gone away,I find doing stuff, keeping your hands busy helps.
