Keep trying

At the start of the year I managed to quit for 153 days after smoking for 10 years. I had finally gotten sick of setting fire to my money and wondering why I couldn’t afford the bare minimum for my children. I did the math (an approximation of course) and concluded that I had spent at LEAST $81,600 in 10 years on cigarettes.
I was so proud of myself to have finally quit.
Then, I went on a weekend getaway and thought “one won’t hurt” but then continued to smoke even after the holiday was done because once again, there was always an excuse and there was always an “I’ll start tomorrow.”
My tomorrow is today, I will beat 153 days and there will never be another “one won’t hurt” because I have learnt that I am not the type who can be satisfied with just one.

Well done, you! You can do it all over again, and you have the right attitude to achieve it. Go well

You go Girl. You and your kids are worth it!
I love the positivity and you have already found the belief in yourself. Tomorrow is here and the future is brighter!
