All I wanted to say is I have no tips for quitting I’ve been trying for years, this will be my 20th try over the yrs.

I have gone for a few months at a time or a few weeks but I just seem to fall back into smoking or vaping

I really need to quit as I have had 2 brain aneurysms clipped and still have one they can’t get to,also a few other health issues

I seem to fall into the im either board or spend time with a smoker and I’m easily lead

ATM I can’t do walking or exercise so I’m really scared off putting on more weight as I’m already 5”4 and 86kg

My daughter has stopped and my son is beginning to stop sooooo

HERE I GO AGAIN fingers crossed 🤞

Proud of you for not giving up . No quit is a failed quit Imdone63 . Post as needed and as often as needed . It does not mean one is weak to ask for help , it actually shows your determination and strength .With your hard work you will free yourself out of this bondage I just know you will . Willingness to walk away from every temptation and every trigger is not easy for most of us but with persistence , and a consistent nope addiction loses its power . Be at peace with your decision to quit and addiction will flee because it has no fuel to empower it . You deserve this quit . Rooting for U !

Well wishes , and good on you for giving it another shot. If one never gives up trying I believe one will get there in the end. I can totally identify with your story and the outcome for me from not giving up on trying to quit is I'm now a little over 3 years smoke free. Best of luck with it 😊
