I'm determined

I'm really trying this time. I started taking champix ... and I've noticed it starting to really work. I've cut down to 5 a day and for the most part have not even been thinking about smoking.
But I'm finding myself restless or with no purpose if I'm not doing something and those are the times I've had a smoke. Even though it's not enjoyable anymore. I know I need to be stronger and find something to fill my time to replace that restless feeling. So I'm determined to keep going.

Does smoking really fill your boredom? We used to light up to stave off the craving that we knew would come like clockwork. It was our "fix", nothing else. After the first couple of puffs and relief, we smoked the rest without even realizing it.
Perhaps taking deep breaths will give you something to do, ease your stress and do good for the body, any where, any time. A good habit like this does not restrict your freedom or cause you bodily harm.
If you are looking for a purpose, why not comment on posts here and help others. Not only will you make them feel good, but it will make you too!

Write a living bucket list . Things you’ve wanted to do but haven’t . This is just to get you thinking because if we turn our thoughts away from what you think smoking gave you’ll find smoking gave you absolutely nothing . It only took only precious time you now have .
1) learn a musical instrument
2) go to the zoo if you never have been there or to a national park if it’s not far and walk it , enjoy it .
3) learn a second language .
4) learn to play golf or pickle ball
5) volunteer .
6) The sky is the limit now u r quit .
Love your determination . Keep going ,
