Took up vaping during Covid lockdown

Hi I very stupidly started sharing vapes with my 20 something daughter during lockdown and quickly became a regular vapes. I quit cigarettes with no difficulty when I was pregnant and have not had the desire to smoke since. This is my 4 th attempt to stop vaping and I plan for it to be my last. Have got a lot of chewing gum and using a nicotine spray as little as possible. Day 3 and got a headache and runny nose but feeling motivated to keep going.
