Day 3 without a smoke, keep telling myself I don’t smoke anymore, husband wanted a wine last night and I was wary, but did it was hard but got through it, I knew we didn’t have access to any. Today has been a bit better, I put a patch on. Didn’t have coffee the last few days when I woke up, usually would sit on my iPad and drink three cups of a morning with good knows how many smokes. Good luck all, I’m going to do this.

Good on you, it takes courage to take the plunge and you have done it. If and or when you get strong cravings say to yourself that it’s normal. That seems to make things easier. Good Luck 🙂

Coffee is a huge smoking trigger for me, too. Since I'm unwilling to go through caffeine withdrawal at the same time, I'm planning to use other sources of it -- tea, iced coffee instead of hot, etc.
