I decided t Go camping out in the wilderness on my own , away from temptations - Shops, and other smokers, This has helped in the past due to surgery to have my epiglottis removed and due to being in hospital for 28 days in ICU I could not go outside due to all the post medical Tubes hanging out of me. I came out of hospital 10 months smoke free,
