I would appreciate any advice to help me quit. I am 50yo, I started smoking 35 years ago. I smoked at least one packet of cigarettes per day until 2 years ago I tried vaping. I then would vape full time and smoked as well but only when stressed. I’ve stopped smoking completely now for about 1 year but my vaping is so bad now that it’s worse than my smoking ever was. I vape constantly from when I wake up till I sleep, if I wake up during the night I heap my vape instantly. I realise I’m severely addicted. I don’t even know how to start quitting. Has anyone been as addicted as me and managed to give up? How did you do it? Thank you.

Hey I get my morning routine done before I vape it is fairly tough sometimes though. Also what I tend to try and do to cut down my vaping is using one that has no nicotine then going back to my nicotine one every couple hours or so, I feel more satisfied with the nicotine then as I'm not doing it constantly I can actually feel the result of the nicotine then, it also helps to keep busy and cut down, dont know if this is any help but thanks for your time.

I have been quitting vaping for 5 months now. I recommend reading a book called, Allen Carr's easy way to stop vaping. First step for you is to have a right mind set that quittng smoking or vaping is easy. Most people think it is very difficult that is not true, and you do not need any will power to quit smoking.
