Quitting has always been something I thought would be simple. Just stop you know because I believed I wasn’t addicted and could stop anytime.

This is my 5th time trying to quit and I’m more determined than ever. I know now it takes real effort and sacrifices to break those habits and create new ones. This time I started with just one thing at a time rather than trying to change everything at one which has never worked. It’s working so far, been a week since I smoked, other than drinking but I don’t count that right now
