Day 2

Using patches but this time have stopped just wearing in day, removing and binge smoking at night. Been on and off smoker since early 30s and now late 40s. Took up again 2.5 years ago when lufe took horrible turn with abusive ex. He still a problem but have learnt how to manage. Am now ready to start managing myself and stop self harming. Want to take back control including if myself the drinking and smoking. It’s been a habitual response to stress for years and him, wirk etc will be ongoing trigger but strongly believe I will cope better free of addiction.
So far, so good. Need to keep believing I can change and know the benefits.
