Day 3 is a challenge

Ok, day 3. The cravings are longer & stronger, I have a headache. I understand this is because the nicotine has finally left my system. My receptors are hungry. I have already invested days of discomfort getting to this point. I am determined to push through, and I know in just 3 or so days, things will slowly become easier. I am excercizing and already enjoying the benefit of becoming less puffed out. I have also shared my quit goal with a few friends… they are checking in to offer encouragement, this is helping my motivation. I remain determined and confident!
