I have tried everything to stop smoking, so I decided to stop yesterday, I am on Day 2, and I keep reading the other stories to stay motivated

Very brave of you! The best tip I received when I quit previously was craving only lasts a few minutes each time. I put myself in a busy situation that prevented being able to smoke. I managed to quit for 3 months but gave in to the self talk telling me I needed a cigarette. This time I am trying patches.

How are you going day 2 I'm day 1 and just want to make it to day 2 at the moment. Then 3 ,4 and so on. Am struggling though. So trying to comment to keep myself busy
