I have been smoking for 26 years ( I am 42 now). I did quit once before for 6 months and due to stress at work and financial pressure at home, I started again. I remember how good I felt when I had quit, I want that feeling back.

I have made a deal with myself that I am going to concentrate on getting healthy and fit ( I also have 17kgs to lose), and am going to put my new healthy plan into place now and develop new healthy habits with both stopping smoking and losing weight / getting fitter over the next 6 months. I did think about doing one at a time but I do think I can do them together. It is going to take a lot of work and support, but I feel very positive but my plan.

I also want to buy my own home, I have even owned my own home and I never thought I would be able too, however it is something that I really want in life and quitting smoking will allow me to use the money I normally burn towards my house deposit. What a fantastic reward that would be xx
