Not my first attempt using the one day at a time principle today is day one on my last quit attempt I lasted 4 days my longest quit attempt has been 3 months I desperately want to quit

You are on good way to do so.. imagine, what ever will happen to you as craving and anxiety, you won't feel them anymore, because this time you will quit forever.. enjoy pain and say goodbay to it, because it won't repeat in the future.. you have to persuade yourself that you mean it.. it will take a few weeks, but your voice will be louder, and never ever light up again.. allow yourself to life a new life.. :)
