- I messed up..
I messed up..

So long story short…
I reached my one year about two weeks ago, anyway I went out one night and my friend bought a packet and I had two..
They left the packet at my house and now I have been smoking around 3 a day for the last 3 days and I feel defeated I feel like I have jeopardised all my progress I stuck religiously to NOPE and that one down fall sent me back to a year ago. I’m so disappointed in myself for even believing I could cope with this…
I’m currently having one as I sit here crying and typing this.
I need to get back on track and to do that I need some amazing wisdom from all you amazing and resilient people

Hi Naomi, I think that you should smoke the pack down or throw it to the trash and then continue - not from 0, but from 1 year and day 1, 2 and so on.. We count just days without smoke, right? :) so head up and continue where you stopped, not where you had started.. You are not able to change what happened to you, but you can change impact of it to you.. It can be story to tell, or excuse to continue to smoking.. you choose.. all the best to you..
