schedule 5 May 2022

I have been a long term smoker for 38 years , sounds terrible when you actually say it , I have given up a few times and the longest was a few years ago for 12 months ,I returned from my son’s wedding as said this is it , I put them down and physically didn’t stop until I picked them up again .

So said son is having a Bub and I really don’t want to smoke , however I know with my high energy levels to the point of agitation can be overwhelming.

I’m still smoking and have a script for Zyban that I’m hoping with the quite line and some journal work around the for and against I will be able to stop , stop for good .

My quit date is the 19 May 22 when I have all the tools I have mentioned in place .

Welcome ! You have made an awesome step in joining us. We have lots of stories and we understand you. Not always a lot of activity here, but know that we all support you and know that "yes, you can quit smoking".

I found the belief in myself after 40 years and resigning myself to being a smoker. You already know that it is possible. This time be happy about your decision and honour it. Honour youself. You are worth it!
