Exercise & keep busy

I am 60 this year. 3 years ago I had been a non smoker for 3 years but went through an extremely stressful period and stupidly took smoking up again. Then covid and I was so bored and it made this addiction even worse. I tried hypnotherapy again but again this didn't work for me. I know I have to want this which I do, so I need to practice mindfulness, exercise, drink lots of water and keep myself busy to beat this. I want this for me, for my health, my bank balance and for my family. But I am scared too.

Hi Happylass.

You well know that there is nothing to fear. Life was great in the years that you were a non-smoker So much so that you want to do it again.

You have proven before that you can do it, and you will again. Remember that we only need to quit once!

Keep us the good work and positive thinking and you will no doubt be a Happylass again!
