If you slip it's not failure, it's just a slip. Just keep trying. I always considered myself truly addicted to smoking, but suddenly even only 3 days in this time, I feel like an ex-smoker... and it feels great !

The perception of smoking really is all in the mind. When we look past the smoke and mirrors we can view it in a different light. Desiring change of any sort gives us the motivation to see it through. You can enjoy the benefits of being a non - smoker just as you once were. Keep up the positive attitude!
