The end is here!

I am 32 years old and have been smoking for 20 years … this is nothing to be proud of. Today my partner and I have decided to give up smoking for good, I have only had 1 other attempt to quit smoking and this was last year and I failed. We need this for our health, our hip pocket and our family. I won’t say I’m not scared … I’m not really sure who I am when I’m not smoking as I’ve been doing for such a long time … but today is the first step of the rest of my life

The first few weeks are the toughest, get past them and it does get easier for sure. I'm just over 3 years now and that time went by so fast. Good luck with your journey.

Time does fly by once past the initial stages. Stick with us and you will get through this like many before you. Believe you can and you will. It is not all hard, don't debate a craving, remember your goal and ignore the thought and it will pass within just a few minutes, even seconds if you do something else. We were like you at one time and here we are free 3 years later. My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner.
Be happy you are free and enjoy your new life as a non-smoker with nothing to interrupt your time.
