going strong but getting bad cravings/triggers

it’s a rainyish day with clouds, feeling stressed, low and craving so badly. the “perfect” time for a puff. i’m not going to but jeez that’s the only thing i can think of, just that blow of smoke and watch it drift off and ahhh, relief. this is hard, so so hard. i am turning thoughts into “no-go ideas” which is helpful but idk if i can do this

Hi there. If I can quit smoking I believe anyone can. The long term consequences of continuing to smoke are just not worth it. I know a man who ended up on oxygen 24/7 from smoking and that can happen to anyone. It seems ok now but it does kill. Sorry but that’s the facts.

You must stay positive if you want to be a happy non-smoker. Of course you can use willpower and not learn how to make it easier on yourself. Your choice. I gave you the link for a wonderful book.

Hi I am on day day two only early stages but smoked for 22yrs I'm on nicorette patch's and lozenges and so far find both good instead of a smoke I have a lozenger
