Zyban day one
Hi all. First dose of Zyban today and it seems to be working already. Love to hear about anyone’s else experience with this method. TIA
Although I tried Zyban years ago , it made me feel disoriented and forgetful as I recall. I did not have the mindset needed back then, so of course It did not work for me.
As I tell everyone, Zyban and other aids are just that.....AIDS.
They also require a change of thinking and attitude towards smoking.
Stick with us and keep your resolve to stay the course.
I hope day 2 is also going well.
Not many try Zyban here, ( to my knowledge) so don't be discouraged by the lack of response. We all wish you well. Keep reading and learning.
Hi Sallyr, I have no experience with zyban to comment, but hope it is working for you😊🙌 We do share the common goal like the rest of the quit family of being non smokers.
